統帥金屬工業股份有限公司的前身迪門企業股份有限公司，民國74年設立於台北市重慶北路個人工作室，從事開發劉樹連先生發明的透視迪門，在第一組全手工打造的透視迪門參加國立科學館發明展時，獲得社會參觀人士極高評價後，奠定了商品化及量產的決心。

民國76年開始小量生產，在台北市太平洋百貨公司設立專櫃展示，堪稱業界首一創舉，經由不斷研究改良，成就了產品卓越形象，民國77年榮獲中華民國外貿協會頒發「最佳產品設計獎」的無上榮譽，業務量逐漸增加後，為維持商譽及擴大服務大眾，在因緣際會下，陳金德先生力挺重整，於民國82年共同建立了統帥金屬工業股份有限公司，民國83年將廠房遷移至現址：台北縣新莊市民安西路405號，擴充生產規模，添購設備，加強零組件自製，提升自製能力及產品的品質。
　　
民國85年開發完成(滾輪成型專用機)，有效降低成本，提升效率。民國86年開發完成(門框成型專用機)，提升產品造型價值。同時推出發明家劉樹連先生所發明的自動變換180度逃生門、通風門等系列產品。
　　
民國87年推行腦化管理，並向經濟部中小企業處申請，接受中華民國管理科學會輔導經營改善計劃，績效卓越，獲選為民國87年度示範企業。
