NKS Strip Steel applies edges to our narrow width strip steel, majorly focus on cold rolled carbon steel and stainless steel. Or you can provide us any steel strip for our edging process. The available edge shape listed as below table.

In the same process, we can rewind edged material into ribbon-wound (pancake) or oscillated-wound coils (oscillation coils, traverse wound coil).

Strip steel for edging sections up to 150mm wide (5") can be wound in ribbon coils and sections up to 50mm width (2") .

Strip Steel can be wound in oscillated coils with width from 8mm to 30mm in a coil. Oscillated coil width is 289 to 300cm (118") and inner diameter 400mm (157") weighing up to 900 kgs (2000 lbs) for maximum productivity.

一般鋼帶捲倒角修邊加工後要包裝成複捲式鋼帶捲的限制為鋼帶 8mm至30mm, 複捲鋼捲寬289至300mm 內徑400mm, 一大捲總重限重900kgs.
