1989年 “精印’成立, 工廠設立於台北縣新莊市．
公司設立初期以單面電路板生產製造為主, 1990年起增加碳墨印刷及銀貫孔電路板服務國外廣大客戶群．

1994年 轉型生產雙面板及多層板,目前生產能力已可達10層．

1997年 為提供客戶更多的服務,增加’印刷電路板組裝加工部門’並代客戶購買部份零件,朝向EMS供應商的方向前進．

1999年 開始量產阻抗控制電路板及特殊板材產品．

2003年 製造工廠的營運目標除了服務客戶以獲取合理利潤外更需考量地球環境生態保護, 精印將 PCB 與 PCBA 的製造加工朝 RoHS 與 Pb－free 的製程前進．

2006年 獲ISO9001:2000認證通過．

2007年 記憶卡基板開始量產

1989 “Printec Circuit Electronic Co．, Ltd“ built, factory is located in Taipei．
The first product was manufacture Single Side PCB, we add “Carbon printing“ and “Sliver through hole printing“ PCB in 1990 and began to business with oversea customers．
1994 “PCE“ turn to manufacture Double Side and Multi－Layer PCB, up to 10 Layers．
1997 We built “PCB Assembly“ factory and sourcing ／ buying components to build EMS business’s basic ．
1999 We have the capacity to produce “Impedance Control PCB“ and go run mass production．
2003 We care the environmental protection ,we turn PCB and PCBA works point to RoHS and Pb－free process．
2006 ISO 9001:2000 certificate．
2007 Go to mass production “Memory card’s PCB“
